We are looking for an experienced Executive coordinator to work closely with leaders and the management team, support the company's management meetings rhythm and coordinate operational aspects of company-wide initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Developing the schedule, coordinates the proper preparation and holding of the regular management meetings (weekly, monthly and quarterly);
Documenting meetings’ minutes and supervise action items when needed;
Coordinating follow up on issues resolution, task completion, and overall project management of internally focused projects;
Organization, leading and coordinating the onboarding process for the middle and top-management
Providing operational support – coordination of the creation and preparation of N-iX leadership facing communications and documents;
Documentation of the work processes and policies;
Conducting the research, assembling and analyzing data to prepare reports and documents
Undertaking special assignments/projects on a wide variety of issues as requested by the company Management board.
Requirements:
5+ years of relative experience;
Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to work well with all levels of staff (including C-level);
Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to detail and have 100% accuracy in work;
Proactive and energetic with a positive attitude;
Flexible and easily adaptable to changing priorities;
Fluent English;
Leading/management experience would be a plus
