Role description We are looking for a Technical Writer to contribute to providing accurate, succinct, and visually appealing user assistance.
About the project Cleverbridge is a platform that provides global e-commerce and subscription billing solutions that help companies build long-term customer relationships and grow revenue streams. With its flexible, cloud-based billing and monetization platform, cleverbridge integrates seamlessly with client systems, simplifies subscription business models, and delivers an optimized online customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Plan and create technical documentation for our e-commerce platform and APIs in cooperation with developers, product owners, and marketing managers
Organize and manage your work as part of a self-organized team and meet commitments
Work with other technical writers on information design, user experience, and process enhancements
Contribute to improving our existing documentation
Requirements:
Strong technical understanding of software and web technologies
At least 5 years of experience in writing technical documentation for software products, ideally APIs
Experience with Robohelp/Madcap or other help authoring tools
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to write clear and concise content
University degree in Technical Communication or equivalent
Knowledge of topic-based authoring, single-source publishing, and structured writing
Experience with XML, HTML, and CSS
Spoken and written English at the native-speaker level
Experience in working in an agile development environment is a plus
