N-iX, as one of the market leaders, is looking for a Senior Global Mobility Manager to join our team. Global relocation is a new initiative of N-IX. This program can allow employees to live and work in a different country, broaden their experience, learn new skills and establish a personal global network.
As a Senior Global Mobility Manager, you will be working with a rich pipeline of countries focusing on developing businesses through management of the whole relocation and legalization process. This is a unique direct people-facing role where the Senior Global Mobility Manager can be the critical frontline person and develop and implement their strategies leveraging its rich expertise.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for coordinating the overall international and domestic relocation and legalization from initial contact of potential person until execution stage. Including the handling of complex non-standard situations 
  • Effectively work with an assigned pipeline of potential requests, evaluate the most urgent cases or business-critical opportunities, develop and implement relocation strategies to convert them into success
  • Keep an accurate database of developed relocation artifacts and maintain proper and systematic records
  • Tightly cooperate with internal company units/stakeholders and follow established processes to ensure smooth project flow
  • Act in compliance with all Company Policies & Procedures
  • Coordinate the process of obtaining work visas for the relocation and assignments abroad from start to finish (e.g., collect visa applicant's paperwork; answer employees' questions; draft visa application documents)
  • Provide Mobility-related expertise to local office talent acquisition team, HR Partners, HR team members
  • Act as a resource to develop a high level of customer service and a support model
  • Train local office staff on Global Mobility policies and procedures
  • Maintain internal systems (e.g., Jira) to ensure policies and practices are kept current
  • Monitor additional aspects of the Global Mobility program to identify opportunities for improvement
 
Requirements:
  • M.S./M.A. degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience of working in the same related role will be a plus
  • English spoken and written - advanced level
  • Polish or other foreign languages will be a plus
  • Understanding how relocation program works
  • Deep knowledge of relocation/legalization life cycles 
  • Experience in working with legal documentation, moderation of  negotiations process
  • Superior business correspondence skills
  • High analytical skills (ability to analyze and recognize potential relocation needs and find appropriate solutions)
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
