We are looking for an experienced 3D artist to join our creative team and lead the production of content for world-class games. Ar this role you will work closely with our Art Director and take the responsibility to understand and share the artistic vision of the particular project, ensuring the ultimate aesthetic quality of all produced assets.

Responsibilities:
Creation of high-quality vehicles/weapons/props
Match the required art style of a project
Cooperate with other artists to streamline the art creation process
Work with team lead to create a plan and schedule
Required Skills:
Knowledge of SubD modeling
Strong modeling and texturing skills
Ability to rationally distribute polycount at the facility
Understanding different UV types (tiles, rectangular, UDIM)
Ability to follow and correctly interpret the concept
Ability to create 3D models from photo, drawing
Strong knowledge of 3dsMax/Maya/Blender, Photoshop, Substance Painter, Marmoset Toolbag
Understanding of modern pipelines and technical limitations for creating hard surface models
Good understanding of PBR pipelines for texturing
Strong portfolio showing 3D art skills
Good organization, time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with the game development cycle
As a plus:
Sculpting in Zbrush, CAD modeling
Knowledge of Substance Designer, Fusion 360, Unreal Engine 4, Unity
Ability to communicate in English
