N-iX is looking for an Network Administrator to join our professional team at System administration Department.
Duties:
- Installs and configures network-related software and hardware
- Supports network servers and technology tools
- Supports users network-related requests
- Monitors performance and maintains network systems and services according to requirements
- Troubleshoots network hardware and/or software issues and outrages to assure operational availability
- Keeps internal documentation updated
- Supports end-user documentation, FAQs, and user guides
- Provides feedback on commonly encountered problems to enhance user documentation and/or training programs
Requirements:
- Education: college or university
- Experience: 2+ years of system administration, or other relevant experience
- Flexible, analytical skills, patience and an eye for details
- English: intermediate or higher
Special knowledge:
- OS: Unix/Linux
- Network technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, L2 switching - strong knowledge
- Hardware: network hardware (switches, APs, NGFW)
