Job purpose:
Manage the HR Marketing direction to lead a team that creates marketing strategies to generate top of the funnel activity that converts to candidate applications. Focus to deliver short-term results while optimizing performance over time against a clear set of performance goals. Also think about and plan for the long term, working to create mechanisms and systems that scale globally.  

  • Effectively develop and convey an employer brand in order to attract top talent
  • Work closely with company leaders to decide what the organization wants to be known for in the community
  • Create an employer value proposition that highlights company offerings
  • Determine appropriate channels to recruit qualified applicants in addition to optimize channel and advertising spend
  • Work closely with recruitment team to develop, review, edit, post vacancies on internal and external resources
  • Support all Employer Branding activities within the company and community
  • Create and execute internal HR communication plans that promote an exciting and engaging employee experience for everyone
  • Manage events and benefits streams inline with employer brand and value proposition
  • Team management 
  • Cultivate the culture of data-driven decision making within the team and stakeholders 
  • Be an expert user and requestor of data reports in PowerBI, ATS, the other tools as necessary
  • Make sure marketing data is managed in excellent and timely way 
  • Build effective  relationships with key stakeholders and organizations

  • Bachelor degree and above
  • 3+ years of extensive Communications, Marketing, Branding experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT industry (optional) 
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously while using sound business judgement
  • Competent on emerging technologies and social media platforms 
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking abilities
  • Skilled at negotiation, presentation, and execution
  • Excellent at both verbal and written communication
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Goal-driven
  • English - at least Upper-Intermediate level
