We are looking for a specialist to join our management team to support the coordination of services provided to N-iX clients.
Responsibilities:
Facilitating interview process with an assigned recruiter conducts management part of interviews (project selling, English/motivation check)
Coordinates client interview and feedback communication
Onboarding of new employees from a project management perspective
Team management: performance appraisals, check-ins, ensures timely feedbacks and team blockers resolutions
Process management with stakeholders: sync up meetings, feedback providing /obtaining (with the supervision of Senior Service Manager)
Managing stakeholders register
Preparing reports: timesheets, reporting relating questions within his/her team and together with the finance department preparing/reviewing financial schemas
Being a company promoter for the assigned account: makes sure all the policies, processes are implemented and people are aware of the changes
Monitoring communication across for the team members (recruitment, HR, administrations, and travel offices) - make sure the high standards of across communication are set, serves as an example
Requirements:
Upper-intermediate English
Previous experience in software outsourcing company o management or coordinators positions
Ability to clearly and shortly communicate the status to the parties involved
Makes sure the escalations are done timely and with the clear problem statement, steps already done, and proposed solution(s)
Possess enough communication skills to build trust with the team members and the client
