We are looking for a specialist to join our management team to help manage a rockstar team passionate about developing a quality product following an agile development methodology. You will be encouraged to always be looking at the continuous improvement of our products, tools, and processes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management or coordination
  • Experience in managing midsize teams (15-20)
  • Problem solving oriented, clear problem statement
  • Knowledge of agile project management methodologies, 
  • Ability to identify bottlenecks in the delivery process and eliminate them
  • Strong communication skills, English Upper-Intermediate or higher

Responsibilities:

  • Process management with stakeholders: maintain stakeholder register, sync up meetings, feedback providing /obtaining (with the supervision of Senior Manager)
  • Team management (appraisals, 1-1s, performance management, personal growth, etc)
  • Resource management, facilitating interview process with an assigned recruiter conducts management part of interviews 
  • Ensuring a high level of team’s performance and motivation
  • Being a company promoter for the assigned account: makes sure all the policies, processes are implemented and people are aware of the changes
  • Monitoring communication across for the team members (recruitment, HR, administrations, and travel offices) - make sure the high standards of across communication are set, serves as an example 
  • Identifying risks and problems and work proactively to eliminate them
