About the Client:
Our client, is one of Europe's fastest growing mobile companies with over five million active customers, 1,000 employees worldwide and operations in multiple countries. The client is using the mobile virtual network operator business model. As one of their core services, they provide “Pay As You Go” mobile SIM cards, targeted towards the needs of international communities and migrant workers. Lebara operates in UK, Netherlands, France, Germany, Denmark, Spain. 
Responsibilities:

  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback
  • Close communication with business representatives to verify requirements and agree on details
  • Lead demo meetings to show new functionality and gather feedback
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases
  • Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
  • Estimate testing activities
  • Execute manual testing on mobile apps (Android and iOS “MyLebara” app)
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
  • Develop and apply testing processes to meet client needs
  • Connect with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in software quality assurance
  • Prior experience testing on mobile devices including iOS and Android
  • Intermediate English
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
  • A strong focus on process and a desire to work with remote teams
  • Performed different types of testing – functional, UI, usability, smoke, regression, etc.
  • Skilled in creation and maintenance of QA documentation - test results and bug reports
  • Understanding of client-server application structure and experience in API testing
  • Experience in Scrum framework
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player and fast learner

Nice to have:

  • Experience using Android / iOS test automation tools would be a plus
  • Knowledge of API testing & debugging tools (Charles, Postman) would be a plus
