Now we are looking for a Junior People Partner to join our team.
  • Assists line management on people-related issues (contractor performance, engagement and retention) by providing correct information in due time and format
  • Consults employees on career development, company policies and procedures
  • Conducts regular 1:1s with employees and reports on retention risks 
  • Coordinates execution of the following process: onboarding, trial management, performance appraisals, retention risks management, rotations, service terminations
  • Provides department required reports, metrics, and information to HR Business Partner and Management team
  • Processes employment records related to retention, promotion, performance management, and termination
  • Supports administration of HR policies, processes, and procedures including, but not limited to, employee relations, benefits, leave of absence and vacation
  • Other tasks within the area of responsibility
  • 1+ years of relevant working experience
  • English - Upper Intermediate
  • Highly developed listening and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and negotiating skills
