Now are looking for a Middle People Partner to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Assists line management on people-related issues (contractor performance, engagement and retention) by providing correct information in due time and format
Consults employees on career development, company policies and procedures
Conducts regular 1:1s with employees and reports on retention risks
Coordinates execution of the following process: onboarding, trial management, performance appraisals, retention risks management, rotations, service terminations
Provides department required reports, metrics, and information to HR Business Partner and Management team
Processes employment records related to retention, promotion, performance management, and termination
Supports administration of HR policies, processes, and procedures including, but not limited to, employee relations, benefits, leave of absence and vacation
Other tasks within the area of responsibility
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant working experience
English - Upper Intermediate
Highly developed listening and communication skills
Problem-solving and negotiating skills
Results driven person
Strong customer service orientation
