N-iX seeks an experienced Senior internal communication manager. You will be an integral part of the N-iX HR Marketing Team, implementing our communications strategy through consistent messaging and close collaboration with our senior executives and all N-iX departments. The ideal candidate is a high-energy communicator good at crafting rich narratives and asking the right questions to understand a task or initiative.   • Design, develop and execute the company's internal communication strategy
  • Ensure that business goals, initiatives and news are communicated effectively and in line with the company’s values
  • Own, lead and be the company's point of contact for all internal communications
  • Use existing and new internal communication channels to communicate company news, support its brand, culture, and values
  • Work closely with all company departments and stakeholders to support them with internal communications
  • Plan, write, edit, and publish content for internal communications, such as newsletters, posts, videos, presentations, emails, etc.
  • Draft messages or scripts for senior executives for presentation in written or spoken form
  • Implement a monthly internal content calendar, delivering proactive and reactive communications
  • Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization 
  • Drive engagement on the company’s internal social media
  • Work with designers to develop visuals and videos for internal use, when appropriate
  • Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation


  • A well-rounded background in internal communications, PR, or HR marketing
  • 3-5 years of experience writing in a corporate environment and managing a variety of corporate communications channels, including corporate intranets, email, and internal social media
  • Strong executive communications experience: You can write and tailor content for specific audiences that demonstrates a deep understanding of messaging, positioning and stakeholder needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Ukrainian
  • Ability to lead complex projects, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and be a trusted partner to HR, recruitment, sales, delivery, and executive teams
  • Proven experience in copywriting and content creation
