Middle/Senior Project Manager (#15851600)

N-iX is looking for a passionate, skilled and motivated Project Manager to join the dedicated IT team of one of the largest British Currency management organisation. Their clients are large institutions, including pension funds, charities, foundations, endowments, and family offices, as well as corporate clients. The opportunity to grow existing project pipeline within the program of projects for the customer, innovating their business with new technologies and solutions.
The project is a unified platform with a simple and intuitive UI to communicate with customers, eliminate the need to use third-party applications, handle hedging and trading, and get graphical and statistical outputs about customer activities.


Responsibilities:

• Agile practices implementation and leading Scrum ceremonies
• The assistance of the Program Manager in project coordination
• Plan, staff, lead and motivate a project team from both internal and external stakeholder organizations
• Carry out monitoring and control activities in order to track the progress of the project
• Communicate daily with the client to share project status and identified issues
• Control scope and schedule baselines
• Establishing communication channels with the Client's representatives
• Establishing smooth processes and executing process improvements
• Managing overall communication during Project Phases
• Working closely with the entire Team on project phases goals
• Execute the changes and perform risk management
• Manage team’s performance appraisals, provide feedback on performance and work on goals
• Work with Team Leads and other team members on project delivery analysis

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management
• Upper-intermediate English written and verbal communication skills
• Sense of urgency and dedication to meeting customer requirements according to the project plan
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
