N-iХ Client Partnership department is looking for an Assistant to join the team. It is expected that this role will be fully responsible for the department's knowledge base creation and maintenance, existing customers data integrity and maintenance through the corporate systems, execution of business researches per defined framework, as well as providing help with reporting to management of the company departments. 


  • Work with corporate knowledge base to create, update and maintain Client Partnership department materials and policies
  • Corporate CRM management and completion on a daily basis. Full responsibility over data integrity and data quality in the CRM system
  • Work closely with the CRM Administrator on data quality and integrity in CRM and other systems of the company
  • Execute business researchers per defined methodology/template and properly store and update the information on-demand
  • Composing effective business materials based on the knowledge base using persuasive writing skills
  • Reports preparation related to department activities
  • Create reusable presentations and other materials 
  • Working closely with development teams in our development centers to obtain and organize the knowledge base and expertise for convenient use


  • BA/MS degree, can be a student able to work full time
  • Preferable background in the field of Marketing, Economics, International Relations, or Tech
  • Min. upper-intermediate English or above, writing ability and fluent spoken English
  • It is preferred, yet not critical, that candidate has experience studying abroad in English-taught programs
  • Demonstrated ability to see the big picture while giving close attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to handle diverse personalities and able to work across departmental lines effectively
  • Good prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player, have a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Strong computer competencies 
  • Desire to contribute to and develop with a rapidly growing business
