From the software engineer joining our team we expect to take ownership over Client’s product, ensure its stable work, propose improvements for stabilisation and enhancement of product maintainability. Quite often you’ll be occupied with detective work on specific customer questions or requests from a Client’s Customer Success Manager. As a Senior Engineer you will also help with mentoring and training junior colleagues.
