Due to the growth, the company is currently seeking for Global HR Operation Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Legal Compliance assurance with HR operations routine of employment documentation pro
Processes and flows connected with the employee lifecycle design
Coordination of Safety trainings and appropriate records
Managing preparation, standardization, and administration of international contracts and amendments for employees
Controlling HR documentation and personnel files storage
Updating documents templates connected with the Employee-lifecycle process
Company work regulations, Hygiene and Security regulations policies managing for each country entity
Building cooperation with payroll providers and external legal consultants on HR Admin issues
Communication with and assistance to Company employees worldwide, HRBP-s, managers, and in matters related to the Employee lifecycle
Cooperation with other departments within the Company to ensure smooth collaboration and compliance with the local legislation and company regulations, eliminating inefficiencies
Providing support in the structuring of international hiring requests (employer costs assessment, evaluation of tax rates, proper formalization)
Being a center of expertise and assistance in building the knowledge database on matters related to employment and the social security system
Creating processes description (HR, payroll communication) by countries, agreeing these with stakeholders, roll out, control execution, correct gaps when required
Cooperation with the Global Mobility Team in tasks related to immigration requirements
Requirements:
Higher education in law, personnel management or like
3+ years of related work experience within international companies (HR Operations, Personnel management, or related)
General understanding of labor law and international legislation features(Ukraine, LATAM, EU, UK, US, etc.)
Fluent English — both verbal and written
Spanish as an additional language will be a strong advantage
Understanding of payroll process and employment-related taxation
Change and project management experience
Advanced PC user (MS Office, google-docs, HRIS)
