N-iX Game & VR Studio is looking for a talented Community Manager to join our self-developed and self-published unannounced title for Nintendo Switch (and later, ports). Your responsibilities will be to grow and manage relationships with the community on social media.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead the social media strategy for the game
• Create engaging content for the game’s social media platforms: short stories, texts, and interactive stories to create emotion around the game and brand
• Keep up on trends in social media and networking: update social media daily, to grow our audience
• Monitor and reply to comments and messages from the audience
• Report and analyze all actions and results
• Support, manage and engage with our players, to make our player’s communities great places to be

Requirements:

• Experience in gaming. You are a gamer, you follow the trends and know what’s going on the console market
• At least 1 year of work experience in video game community management
• Exceptional communication skills in English
• Solid knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best-practices (Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, Discord, Reddit, YouTube)
• Interest in the gaming community and social media trends to generate creative and effective ideas
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
• Experienced console player

Good to have:

• Hands-on experience with Nintendo Switch
• Basic Photoshop and video editing skills
• You are in Lviv and want to work from office at least once/twice a week
