Middle/Senior Xamarin Engineer (#16000328)

N-iX is looking for a talented Middle/Senior Xamarin Software Engineer to join our team!

Our client is the global leading software provider enabling a safe and efficient integration of drones in everyday life. Platform is used on a national scale in various European countries, North America, Middle East and Asia. With this platform, authorities can manage and visualize drone flights in their airspace, Drone service providers can offer additional services and Drone operators can plan, track, and validate their drones and associated flights, according to national and international legislation.

Responsibilities:

• Implement new functionality using Xamarin
• Сonduct code reviews
• Do self-tests and enhance the existing functionality of the software components
• Work as a part of the Agile team

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming & Design
• Xamarin.Forms development experience is a must
• Deep understanding of mobile development platforms (Android, iOS)
• Understanding how to improve applicaiton performance
• Understanding of MVVM pattern
• Experience with C# and .NET
• Good experience communicating with web services (SOAP, REST, HTTP)
• Multi-threading and concurrency
• Ability to write clean code
• Working with real time systems
• Working with maps and custom drawing components
• Strong programming and problem-solving skills
• Experience in communicating with other technical teams and management to collect requirements, identify tasks, meet production deadlines
• Experience with professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations
• Willingness to test your code
• Working in an Agile process
• Ability to communicate in English on a daily basis
