Business Intelligence Lead (#128)

The role of the Business Intelligence Lead is to steer the direction of Business Intelligence initiatives within the company. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in data and business analysis, while also demonstrating analytical abilities and effective communication skills.

 Responsibilities:

• Lead team of BI specialists to fulfill business needs
• Analyze requirements and design reporting solutions
• Support business clients and solution roadmap
• Design and build complex BI reports and dashboards
• Leverage Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform, and Azure (Data Factory, Functions)
• Maintain and support data analytics platforms
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting
• Evaluate and improve existing BI offerings
• Collaborate with teams to elicit requirements
• Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses 
• Work with integrations
• Run and actively participate in Agile processes and events
• Share new ideas, techniques, and methodologies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a BI Developer
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Functions)
• Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining
• Strong understanding of database management systems and ETL framework
• Solid knowledge of SQL queries
• Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
• Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
• Confident knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

Nice to have:

• Experience in creating custom Power BI visuals would be a plus
