Corporate Reporting Specialist (#208)

We are looking for Corporate Reporting Specialist that ensures completeness and accuracy of financial information in accordance with corporate accounting policy and active participation in the automation of corporate accounting processes in ERP.

Duties:

• Non-residents’ accounting in Xero, Quickbooks, month-end closing maintenance  
• Cooperation with external accountants who support N-iX in foreign jurisdictions
• Performing intercompany reconciliations within the Group
• Independent drafting disclosures of consolidated statements and standalone reports as well
• Prepare info based on the auditor's request and check it for accuracy and completeness before submission to the auditors
• Maintain the proper management accounting records of operating expenses and accounts payable of the Group 
• Regular reconciliation of management to corporate reporting data
• Active participation in automation of ERP to improve accuracy of financial information
• Preparation of reconciliation models for developing of technical tasks
• Assist senior colleagues with their ad hoc requests in accordance with provided detailed instructions

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related fields
• Minimum 2-3 years of related experience
• Experience in IT industry will be a plus
• Upper-intermediate English
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, knowledge of 1C
• Strong communication skills
• Team player, responsible and hardworking
