Senior Product Owner (#249)

You will collaborate on product requirements and instruct the product roadmap through continuous engagements with customers and engineering teams. You will have the opportunity to solicit the voice of customers to understand customer needs, iterate on solution design, and prioritize features and solution development. We are looking for a technical Product Owner with experience in collaborating with product management and development teams to deliver multi-tenant SaaS applications in an agile development environment.

The Product Owner will represent the business partners and will be responsible for prioritizing the Product Backlog and defining project success in collaboration with the Scrum Team. Through regular alignment with management, the Product Owner is accountable for setting priorities and business value associated with each of the User Stories in the backlog(s) they run.

Responsibilities:

• Build scalable CMMS solution for our customers
• Together with Product Managers refine features’ requirements and create user stories
• Communicate with Product Managers, UX teams, developers and customers, take notes and ask questions
• Create and update use case documentation - support documentation, release notes
• Identify risks of change requests, communication risks
• Review UX designs and check that they are aligned with existing product standards
• Translate business requirements into user stories for the teams
• Manage backlog and set up priorities accordingly to product’s vision and roadmap
• Balance new functionality and technical debt towards successful products
• Understand dependencies and impediments across the portfolio
• Refine requirements, answer team questions
• Support internal and external stakeholders in questions related to product features

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS Product development as Product Owner
• Experience in related industry (manufacturing)
• Good understanding of agile methodology
• Experience in managing conflicting needs of stakeholders
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
