Role description

We are looking for a Lead Product Owner to drive the top one priority project for our client. Hard PO tech skills, advanced English and strong soft skills are a key. Experience working with automation, integration, marketing and AI would be a strong plus.

As a PO of a very important project, you will be responsible for communication with executives, product management and department heads of Cleverbridge on a regular basis. Generating solutions based on high-level PM’s vision, gathering requirements and balancing between different needs, priorities from various stakeholders and summing them up in one solution. We expect our PO to be skillful in handling the high level of uncertainty, often changing requests, changing priorities and decisions. Preparation of a roadmap, detailed described tasks and clear communication with a team on them.

Cleverbridge is a platform that provides global e-commerce and subscription billing solutions that help companies build long-term customer relationships and grow revenue streams. With its flexible, cloud-based billing and monetization platform, Cleverbridge integrates seamlessly with client systems, simplifies subscription business models, and delivers an optimized online customer experience.

Currently, we are working on a project that aims to increase Customer Lifetime Value. We analyze the history data to predict churn probability of our customers and based on this info, we select the best-fit marketing strategy for customer communication. There are much more that is coming, including the most modern AI technologies and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Working and orchestrating business partners 
  • Influencing and steering data-driven decision making in a matrixed environment in order to align stakeholders (business teams, technical leaders and senior management) 
  • Creating “the roadmap Solution Board” / Platform Roadmap and Product Value
  • Identifying and prioritizing opportunities to enhance our product offering based on client input, competitive analysis, and technology needs and creating a compelling product vision according to our overall e-commerce strategy 
  • Love to work day-to-day within the product team clarifying business requirements, constantly gaining alignment around feature or product strategy as well as actively involved in increasing velocity through problem solving and impediment removal 
  • Writing technical requirements, understanding importance of various product features.
  • Prioritizing development: epics, features and user stories within your backlog against value, defining compelling sprints and coordinating across all interested stakeholders 
  • Holding Product Reviews
  • Having demonstrable track record as a great Product Owner and develop products with passion that our customers need, regularly use and love 
  • Knowing everything for the definition of key success metrics to ensure progress tracked accurately and consistently 
  • Working collaboratively and cross-functionally with the other Product Owners  as a thought leader to take our product development to the next level and share your knowledge and experience in this group through coaching, training and publications  

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience on multiple projects
  • Experience in working on Product Owner/ Product Manager roles, possessing a portfolio of successfully delivered projects
  • In-depth experience in the area of e-commerce and / or subscriptions, automation integration, AI, marketing
  • In-depth experience with SaaS platforms and integrations into core systems 
  • In-depth experience of understanding of Agile Software Product development principles and techniques
