We are looking for an experienced  Lead React Software Engineer to join our development team.

Role description: 

  • Leading front-end development for both technical and resource aspects.
  • Acting as a consultant across six different projects, guiding and supporting existing
  • teams.
  • Developing new design objects and systems for use by other developers.
  • Ensuring consistency and quality in front-end systems across multiple projects.
  • Utilizing Material UI and Storybooks for UI component development.
  • Providing clear and understandable updates on status, bottlenecks, and complexities to the team and stakeholders.
  • Implementing and maintaining design systems.
  • Potentially developing into a dedicated team lead, working alongside a product manager and UI designer.

 

Role requirements: 

  • Education: BSc in Software Engineering or BS degree in Computer Science.
  • At least 8 years of experience with React (must).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing design systems.
  • Proficient in using Material UI for creating consistent user interfaces.
  • Experience using Storybooks for UI component development.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting statuses and issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  •  Understanding of DevOps practices and collaboration with dedicated DevOps pipelines.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with React Native.
