We are seeking a Stibo STEP Administrator to join our team. This person plays a crucial role in managing and supporting the Stibo STEP platform. This individual is responsible for ensuring that the STEP system operates smoothly and effectively, providing support to users, and maintaining the system’s configuration.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure the Stibo STEP system, including user accounts, roles, and permissions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Implement and maintain system updates and patches.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing any issues or questions they may have.
- Create and maintain documentation, such as user guides and troubleshooting tips.
- Oversee data integrity and quality within the STEP system.
- Support data migration, integration, and synchronization processes.
- Customize the STEP platform to meet the organization’s specific needs, including workflows, data models, and user interfaces.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes.
- Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that the STEP system aligns with organizational goals.
- Assist in the development and execution of system upgrade and enhancement plans.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into system usage, data quality, and other relevant metrics.
- Support the creation of dashboards and reports for various business units.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience working as a Stibo STEP engineer
- Proficient in configuration, workflows, business rules, security, STEP Portal, integrations, and report creation.
- Experience with tools and concepts related to MDM, such as data governance, data quality, data integration and data exporting Effective analytical and technical skills
- Experience implementing Stibo STEP MDM solution
- Experience integrating Stibo STEP MDM solution with Digital Publishing in STEP (whether single- or multi-instance solution)
