Director of Product Management (#2008)

Currently, we are seeking a highly experienced Director of Product Management to lead a pivotal digital mobilization project for a major enterprise customer. This project involves the comprehensive update of core applications and a complete renewal of the data and analytics layer. The successful candidate will manage a team of around 10 business analysts and product managers, ensuring alignment with approximately 10 product owners on the customer side and with the business. 
This role will involve a two-year project. Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to contribute to N-iX's strategic growth by developing a framework for future projects of a similar scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive (from the product management and business analysis perspective) the implementation of a large-scale digital modernization program for one of enterprise customer in the USA
• Define framework, processes, routines and tools required to establish effective definition of the scope, requirements and acceptance criteria, as well as making sure all parties and team members are aligned on it.
• Work in close cooperation with the Engineering Director, Architect, and Program Managers on our side, as well as with business stakeholders (product owners, business SMEs, executive sponsors) to ensure alignment on scope, budget, and timelines
• Lead and manage a team of 10 business analysts and product managers
• Ensure full understanding of the scope of each sub-project
• Maintain alignment with 10 product owners on the customer side and with the business
• Develop deep expertise in the USA transportation industry
• Travel between the USA and Eastern Europe as required
• Report directly to the CTO
• Contribute to designing a framework for delivering digital modernization projects for future customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of product management experience
• Proven managerial experience, including managing product managers, product owners, and business analysts
• Experience working in challenging enterprise environments
• Willingness and ability to travel between the USA and Eastern Europe
• Knowledge or experience in the transportation industry is highly desirable
