N-iX is looking for a Trainee Back-End Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Assist in writing maintainable, high-quality code in a fast-paced development environment.
- Support the research and evaluation of technical solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate closely with team members and project stakeholders.
- Learn to suggest technical and functional improvements to enhance the product.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Java development or any other backend language.
- Familiarity with the Spring framework (experience with Spring applications is a plus).
- Interest in learning microservice architecture and REST interfaces.
- Good team player with strong communication skills.
- English proficiency (Intermediate or above).
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) or cloud services (AWS).
- A pet project or any non-commercial experience in backend development.
- Completed relevant courses or certifications in backend development.
