Senior Business Analyst (#3052)

Role & Responsibilities

• Model and document business process maps in accordance with guidelines established by Business Process Management (BPM) methodology and governance (BPMN standards & modeling best practices)
• Translate the modeled process in the BPM platform 
• Guarantee compliance with BPM conventions, document best practices, identify and advise Process Owner on opportunities to improve process design Lead workshops (facilitation capabilities)
• Participate in quality assurance & control reviews of final process development deliverables
• Able to manage multiple modeling projects at one time

Experience & qualifications

• Experience in process modeling according to BPMN standards, preferably in a Corporate Environment
• Proven good results with facilitating workshops/meetings 
• Familiar with Excel
• Qualifying training in BPM/BPMN is a plus
• Experience in Pharma business domain would be a plus

• Problem solving & conceptual thinking, very structured and able to translate business discussions into a process diagram
• Result-oriented, clearly sets aims of the workshop sessions
• Team player, ability to listen, to understand the position of different stakeholders and to reach a common ground
• Very comfortable with digital solutions
