Requirements:  

  • Good English and communication skills
  • Experience work with applications (support L1, L2, troubleshooting)
  • Client-oriented and client facing skills are must have

Nice to have:  

  • SQL scripts (writing, understanding errors)

Responsibilities:   

  • Troubleshoot day-to-day user issues on all environments
  • Handle escalations to other teams as appropriate
  • Serve as a primary – direct and personal – contact point for any technical and usage questions and issues
  • Respond to clients requests, tickets and follow up with them with statuses and resolutions
