We are looking for a bright individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. You will be supporting the project leadership by researching, analyzing and documenting processes, defining the system functionality towards the goal of ensuring our delivery excellence.

  • Assist leadership with business requirements definition
  • Act as a Proxi Product Owner for a development team(s)
  • Coordinate requirements related activities across multiple projects and teams
  • Assume responsibility for all requirements related issues and lead by example
  • Help management with enforcing project goals and direction to support the strategic business objectives
  • Participate in the research and analysis of potential solutions to business needs
  • Research industry best practices and technology options to justify recommendations and support decisions
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with business and technical subject matter experts
  • Independently lead and manage requirement gathering sessions, meetings and presentations
  • Develop project documentation e.g. backlog, release notes, user guides etc.
  • Create some user experience (UX/UI) artifacts such as journey maps and wireframes
  • Assists in the preparation and facilitation of workshops, interviews and focus groups
  • Communicate project and business issues to key stakeholders, to ensure understanding of problems and solutions
  • Facilitate effective dialog between stakeholders
  • Capture key points, outcomes, and actions resulting from working sessions and discussions
  • Play active role in release preparation including testing, sign-off, training, documentation and configuration
  • Assist with developing and updating project plans
  • Provide regular status reporting and flag issues to management
  • Knowledge of BABOK
  • Understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g SCRUM)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong communications skills, and ability to communicate in a clear concise manner with style fitting for the audience and message
  • Perfect information gathering and information organization skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint) and wireframing software
  • Proven negotiation, conflict resolution and facilitation skills
