CCM Consultant (#14192111)

Functions:

• Design and develop CCM/CEM solutions using corporate software platforms
• Set up and configure enterprise software to meet business requirements
• Integrate solutions into customers’ existing IT landscape
• Consult customers on best practices
• Prepare and deliver demos for prospective clients
• Upgrade solutions to most recent versions of the platform software
• Collect and validate technical and functional requirements, propose respective solutions and provide project effort estimations
• Provide customer with timely status and progress reports

Requirements:

• 1+ years of commercial experience related to the IT
• Experience with any programming language
• Experience with relational databases
• Understanding of network administration and web technologies
• Analytical and communication skills
• Ability to learn new tools and technology and issue solver attitude
• Intermediate level of English
• Solution-focused, takes initiative to work effectively within established guidelines
