N-iX is looking for a data-driven and creative employer brand manager to join our growing marketing team. If you’re pumped with creative ideas for promotional campaigns, and you get excited by such acronyms as EVP, CTR, CPC, eNPS, we need to talk! Let’s work together on building a brand for one of the top IT companies in Ukraine.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Research, develop, and manage N-iX EVP, employer brand strategy, and TA marketing campaigns
  • Run and analyze regular employee surveys (ESAT, eNPS, etc.)
  • Manage N-iX presence on Job sites & media portals, gather employee feedback and reviews
  • Collaborate with TA and HR dept to analyze N-iX employee journey and prepare suggestions for improvements
  • Cooperate with educational establishments, student groups, and technology communities
  • Grow N-iX employer brand awareness in Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, and other locations
  • Manage the production of creative marketing materials, both print and digital
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

Requirements:

  • ​​​Degree​ ​in marketing with relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Able to balance multiple projects at once and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Attentive to the details
  • ​​​IT industry-related experience is a must
