We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual with strong business acumen and entrepreneurship mindset. The one who is willing to contribute to engagement and pre sales activities, account development; drive further business growth through scaling existing and development of new services and expertise. You should also understand what delivery excellence is and its importance for business growth, be able to scale delivery organization structure bearing quality of services in mind. The ideal candidate should also have a decent experience in technology and software engineering practices.

Areas of your focus:

  • Leadership: lead and coach a team of Delivery Director(s) and Delivery Manager(s) under your supervision
  • Business growth: active contribution to pre sales process, engagement of new clients – major focus
  • Account management and development: together with responsible DDs and DMs building partnership and strategic relations with customers, proactive account development (upsell through expansion to other business units of the customer or/and offering new services)
  • Ensure delivery operation excellence – together with DDs and DMs build and maintain effective, cost-efficient and scalable management structure in the assigned units, ensure top-notch quality of services
  • Leading company wide projects and initiatives

Required Experience and Skills:

  • ​8+ years of management experience in the industry
  • Intense experience with engagement/presales – 4+ years
  • Ensure effective operations across all procurement, professional services, and managed services externally by educating and advocating for Company tools and processes
  • Experience working with enterprise customers
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent client liaison and facilitation skills
  • Ability to create new projects with existing clients through understanding of their business needs
