As our company is actively growing, we are looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. In this role you will be responsible for building strong relationships with candidates and business leaders alike, for bringing focused experience in hiring within software companies.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment for open vacancies (middle and senior-management roles, niche specialists)
  • Building strong and trustful relationships with hiring managers and candidates, delivering a highly customized and positive hiring process
  • Talent mapping, providing research into competitors and marketplace
  • Providing high-quality interviewing process and identifying candidates career drivers and personal motivation to move forward in recruitment process
  • Management the process of salary negotiating (offering and contra-offering)
  • Vacancy placements according to the committed timeline 
  • Working on continuous improvement of recruitment process and acting as a recruitment business partner for hiring managers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on senior and middle-management roles search in a complex and competitive market
  • Experience in market analysis and reports preparation
  • Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills with the ability to develop and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Ability to deliver challenging recruitment projects on time
  • Networking skills, enjoy meeting new people 
  • Open-minded, constant learner
  • Tech-savvy, good written and verbal English
