N-iX Game & VR Studio looks for a Business Development professional to head our sales and business development operations. The best candidate would have relevant experience selling external development and content production services to AAA game studios from all over the world. 

Key requirements:

  • At least  5 years experience in gaming business development
  • Great track record of closed deals for co-development, development/publishing, or work-for-hire.
  • Deep personal network of contacts within Game Development industry
  • Passionate about games and game development
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written (Advanced or Fluent)
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM and other office tools
  • Experienced in work with various project and contractual documentation: Proposals, Statement of Work, Contracts, marketing materials
  • Good network of stakeholders and decision makers in the industry would be a great Plus
  • Ability to define needs and drive value autonomously
  • Experience with pitching products and services

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop Business Development and Sales department
  • Close inbound and outbound deals
  • Extensively utilize own network to generate new outbound leads
  • Increase network with new AAA game company stakeholders, and decision makers
  • Develop sales strategies on existing accounts, identify business opportunities
  • Work together with marketing to increase brand awareness of N-iX Game & VR Studio in target companies
  • Develop and customize the following artefacts: marketing presentations, service proposals, Project documentation
