Senior Product Designer (UX)

About Accelix
The Accelix™ reliability platform from Fluke, connects our maintenance software to our data gathering devices and integrates with third party solution providers. It’s everything you know and love from Fluke, eMaint, and SCHAD, without barriers.
Your main responsibilities include:
  • Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches. You set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate.
  • Let users lead the way. Our users inform where we are going. Our teams focus on listening to users and letting their needs guide us to the best solutions. It’s important for us to know we are solving real problems for real people
  • Work with cross-functional teams. You’ll partner closely with business and engineering to find elegant but practical solutions for product challenges
  • Collaborate with business to explore and define product strategy
  • Hands on approach for projects, from understanding the problem, early concepts, design & iteration to development
  • Use appropriate methods to communicate concepts to the broader team, share insights gathered through research and how they impact the design, seek validation from our users and feedback from the design team.
We are looking for a designer who
  • Has at least 7 years of experience designing at consumer-focused tech or media companies
  • Experience designing for mobile.
  • Is comfortable working through ambiguity to discover opportunity and resolve user pain points
  • Is a great communicator. You have strong communication skills to help set up collaborative spaces to share ideas and information. You also have the ability to mentor others to deliver work, and make strategy come to life
  • You have a people-focused design mentality. You continuously seek opportunity to improve our products by seeking user feedback through the different phases of product development with the ability to choose appropriate methods
  • A portfolio of work that can be shared.
