Senior HR Business Partner

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner that takes initiative to be a forward thinker in a fast growing environment. In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.

Responsibilities:
●    Work closely with Delivery Management on employee performance, engagement and retention
●    Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
●    Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
●    Overseeing processes of onboarding, performance management, salary review, retention, engagement, and service termination
●    Manage Performance Appraisal process in the Company   
●    Develop talent and succession plans for critical pipelines and leadership roles 
●    Develop and implement new HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy 
●    Ensure compliance and efficiency with Company policies and procedures, provide HR policy guidance and interpretation 
●    Provide department required reports, metrics, and information
●    Managing employment records related to retention, promotion, performance management, transferring and termination

Requirements:
●    Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HRM, solid HR expertise in resolving complex employee relations issues.
●    Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a quick moving
●    Ability to manage complex and ambiguous situations and independently drive to solutions
●    Strong customer service orientation
●    Business Acumen
●    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
●    Upper-Intermediate English
