 N-IX is currently seeking for Middle Accountant PE who personally should be an organized person, who is owns solid time-management skills to keep up with deadlines and complex a challenge, being able to organize and prioritize.

Requirements:

 
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in conducting accounting of Private Entrepreneurs (PE) who are on a simplified and / or general system of taxation
  • Knowledge of the accounting and tax reporting in accordance with existing laws, regulations and provisions for Private Entrepreneurs
  • Experience of the work with electronic reporting
  • Experience of the work with the Client-Bank system
  • Formation of initial documentation PE (including non-resident, LLC)
  •  A confident user of PC (including strong MS Office skills);
  • Intermediate English level
  • A focus on partnership, intercommunication with PE and finding solutions to problems proactively
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace environment is a must during first month after an quarter end and in a rapidly changing environment (legislative perspective)
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
  •  Strong attention to details and high level of accuracy
     

Responsibilities:

  • Banking operations (assisting in work with the Client-Bank and bank statements processing on request)
  • PE income bookkeeping
  • Accurate and timely processing of tax payments
  • Managing PE’s document turnover (preparation, collection, compilation, verification of the primary accounting documents)
  • Reconciliation of balances and settlements with the Tax authorities
  • Consulting on tax legislation and solving of Private Entrepreneurs issues
