We are looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. We expect that the best suitable candidate is ready to face challenges, take part in solution making, and handle tasks independently while working on our new project.

The firm provides an integrated suite of federal, state, local, and international tax services on a multijurisdictional basis, including tax recovery, consulting, advocacy, compliance, and technology services.


  • IT industry experience: 4+ years (at least 3 years as BA/Requirements manager).
  • Experience with writing User Stories, decomposing work.
  • Extensive knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques.
  • Self-starter with experience of kicking-off a project.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate to different stakeholders including top management.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies: 3+ years.


  • Active participation in requirements gathering, product/service definition, scoping, decision making, and technical implementation planning.
  • Collaboration with all of project insiders and stakeholders to plan, schedule, and report on requirements and task completion.
  • Analyze market needs in order to identify product opportunities.
  • Help to define product strategy and roadmap.
  • Work closely with design, development, QA to determine the best requirements.
  • Understand customer needs and deliver them to the development team.
