  • Leading a team of skilled engineers in a process of development of a set of tools from scratch inside a large ecosystem
  • Ensuring that the team delivers a high-quality solution
  • Estimating and planning the scope of work
  • Reviewing code, writing and maintaining technical documentation
  • Being involved in making architectural decisions
  • Onboarding new team members
  • Propose process improvements and changes
  • Participating in project team meetings and technical discussions with a customer’s team
Role Requirements:
  • 6+ years in production software development process
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Proficiency experience in React
  • Experience with GraphQL/Apollo
  • Good understanding of functional programming concepts
  • Solid knowledge of git and branching strategies
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Strong communication & team managing skills

  • Experience with Node.js
