Job responsibilities:
- Developing multi-region web applications, with am emphasis on user experience, high performance and scalability
- Formulating solutions to technically challenging requirements
- Adhering to existing coding standards and practices
- Design, implement, and support backend services and APIs
- Support deployment of services onto our Azure infrastructure
- Code reviewing team members
- Working in a Scrum team, operating in two week sprints
- Attending daily stand-ups and team meetings
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in software development
- Solid knowledge and experience with .NET (.NET Core)
- Familiarity (preferably experience with) with Azure
- A solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and SOLID principles
- ASP.Net MVC / WebAPI
- JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular / React )
- TypeScript/HTML/CSS/SASS
- SQL Server / T SQL
- Confident with Git and branching strategies
- Strong understanding of web full stack architecture
- Comprehensive experience with Scrum and modern SDLC practices
- Umbraco experience would be useful
