We are looking for a People Partner to join our team in Lviv office.

Position requirements:

  • Assists line management on people-related issues (contractor performance, engagement and retention) by providing correct information in due time and format
  • Consults employees on career development, company policies and procedures
  • Support HR Business Partner in driving projects and initiatives
  • Conduct regular 1:1s with employees and report on retention risks to line management and HR BP
  • Coordinates execution of the following process: onboarding, trial management, performance appraisals, retention risks management, rotations, service terminations
  • Coordinate salary review process (communication with managers and employees, provide responsible managers with salary raise proposal under the guidance of HR Business Partner)
  • Provide department required reports, metrics, and information to HR Business Partner and Managements team
  • Process employment records related to retention, promotion, performance management, transferring and termination
Summary of Qualification:
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in an HRM, experience in resolving employee relations issues, conducting employee one-to-ones, and performance appraisals
  • Highly developed listening and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and negotiating skills
  • People oriented and results driven person
  • Strong customer service orientation – Upper-Intermediate English
