  • Lead and supervise the delivery of multiple project teams at the same time
  • Delivery operation excellence: ensure proper implementation of engineering/SDLC/PM/Agile practices, build and maintain effectiveand scalable structure
  • Manage projects at various stages: proposal creation, inception, delivery, post-production support
  • Manage customer expectations and relationship
  • Identify and escalate issues in a timely manner
  • Weekly communications update to project sponsors and stakeholders
  • People management including managing and development project team members.
  • Create positive and easy atmosphere in the team, maintain team morale and mitigate attrition risks
Skills and Experience:
  • At least 4 years of experience in project management
  • Good understanding of SDLC and post-delivery support
  • Clear Understanding and experience of Agile/Scrum, knowledge/experience in enterprise-level Agile frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS etc)
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Sense of urgency and dedication to meeting customer requirements according to project plan
  • Experience in work for international clients preferred
  • Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision or as part of a team, as needed
  • Good English Communication skills (both written and verbal) is critical.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and the business teams
