GEM One is a brand new tech company within TVH Holding that aims at developing future-proof solutions for optimal fleet performance management in multiple domains such as: track & trace, operational efficiency, security & safety and service & maintenance. Responsibilities:
- Act as a Proxy Product Owner for a development team(s)
- Balance product discovery process with creating a viable product for customers in an iterative manner
- Build, prune and prioritize the backlog of user stories, tasks, and defects
- Strategically manage new product development by adopting effective agile project management practices
- Provide internal and external client support for all aspects of the product development lifecycle
- Contribute to strategic planning and product roadmaps
- Coordinate work of several teams
Requirements:
- IT industry experience: 3+ years as BA
- Experience to clearly define feature requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria to the development team
- Experience in Agile methodologies: 1+ year
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities
- Experience leading effective meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication with the ability to tailor according to audience
- Adaptable and flexible to change in product scope
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
