Engagement Team is looking for a specialist, to make sure sales team is running as efficiently and productively as possible. Including, but not limited by, work with CRM and pipeline, Sales processes and tools, Reporting and operational support, Internal projects facilitation, information search and consistency.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating client engagement and qualification process
Documentation processing, storing and management
Management and tracking of internal projects (review of materials, initiatives, campaigns, etc.)
Reporting and KPI tracking
Researches within specific leads/areas
Supporting day-to-day pipeline-related activities
Required Experience and Skills:
Bachelor degree at least
2 years of work in IT in Project Management as assistant or Scrum Master or Business Development experience as Leadgen, Market analytics, SalesOps, CRM manager
Project Coordination skills
Sales Process involvement experience (Lead gen, CRM, SalesOps)
Salesforce CRM experience - very nice to have
Attention and accuracy to details
Good written and spoken English
