Due to project growth are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Scrum Master to join our company.

As part of a larger agri-services business with £1bn+ revenue, they combine technology from satellite operators, weather data providers, and the world’s leading agricultural research teams to deliver decision support to help the world grow more food. The project includes working with satellite imagery, maps, and precise agriculture algorithms.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Work tightly with the Product Owner (UK);
  • Be easily reached for the company stakeholders;
  • Ensure the effective use of agile process
  • Projects backlog organization and tracking;
  • Moderation and support of general project meetings and ceremonies (stand-up, retro, planning, grooming, estimates, etc.);
  • Coaching and mentoring the teams on Agile best practices;
  • Track project scope and timeline;
  • Contribute with a fresh look on product and suggest improvements;
  • Communicate via Slack and provide progress updates with the team;

Requirements:

  • A person with a people-oriented approach to work;
  • An open, smiling, and positive person with the ability to digest all kind of information and pass it to correct people;
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management and/or working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment;
  • Experience with distributed and multinational teams;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (including advanced English language skills);
  • Ability to communicate over a number of contacts from the client-side and streamlining requests from them into the dev team;
  • Experience of work with Azure DevOps will be a plus;
