We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work in the internal department within N-iX. The department is responsible for leading and supporting pre-sales activities with our potential clients as well as consulting and audit of already existing projects in our portfolio.
Business Analysis takes a crucial role in this process and supports the core team by providing clear and straightforward explanations of the client’s business needs and requirements.
Challenge for this position is that you’ll need to work in a fast-changing environment and multiple small projects in parallel with different domains and business areas involved.

Position requirements:

  • Review client’s requests (initial business requirements)
  • Define gaps in documentation and form up clarification requests
  • Collect requirements from internal and external customers
  • Validate business flows, main concepts, and domain-specific issues
  • Follow internal documentation templates
  • Translate business needs into functional specification requirements
  • Drive new projects on-boarding for 2-3 months with further handover to core teams
  • Help clients to define Product vision, scope, and roadmap

 
Qualification:

  • ​Good understanding of SDLC
  • Hand-on with PoC and MVP concepts
  • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall philosophy
  • Knowledge of UML/BPMN base diagrams
  • Strong analytical skills and attentiveness to details
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to switch between projects during a day
  • Good Time-management skills
  • ​Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
