N-iX is looking for skilled QA Engineer to join our team in Kyiv office.

About the Client: Our client, is one of Europe's fastest growing mobile companies with over three million active customers and operations in six countries. The client is using the mobile virtual network operator business model. As one of their core services, they provide “Pay As You Go” mobile SIM cards, targeted towards the needs of international communities and migrant workers. To cope with rapidly growing business demands our client is launching its R&D center in Lviv and Kyiv, Ukraine, with us.

Job Summary: The ideal candidate is a seasoned software tester with extensive experienced in test  practices as part of an agile development team. Candidate must have a strong track record of developing efficient testing practices that include test plan, detailed functional testing, including manual exploratory testing. If you are the kind of person who likes to lead the way and embrace the challenges with creative, innovative solutions, then you are likely the right candidate for this role! Your experience with manual testing of large web applications using tools and methodologies will serve you well as you define and implement the testing practices that allow moving quickly in delivering value to the business.

About the project
The project is aimed to help back office and front office to work efficient. For these purposes we are using

  • CRM Dynamics 365 web client and desktop client for customer service only
  • Chat and chat bot as an agent who proactively helps customers with their queries
  • Email hub consolidates email inside CRM for better experience and customer engagements
  • Integrated IP telephony into CRM make use for customer service and get all information about the customer in one view
  • We run CRM for several countries that mean we communicate with our foreign stakeholders and broaden our cultural awareness  

Responsibilities: 

  • Work to continually improve the quality of our application
  • Actively engage in the continuous improvement of testing practice with a focus on speed, quality and innovation
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and exploratory tests. Contribute to the test execution for new feature development by participating in requirements and design reviews, understanding and capturing business needs, and incorporating business logic into test strategies and scenarios
  • Ensure that internal quality processes are followed and produce test reports, defect tracking, and other documentation that supports the quality standards of our software
  • Run automated regression tests

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a QA Engineer, a Software Engineer in Test, or equivalent roles
  • Experience with testing CRM applications will be a plus
  • Experience with testing webapplication, web services, and product integration
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • As a plus: experience in automation testing using Java
