Finance Department is looking  for a candidate for position of ERP Business Analyst who will be an intermediary between Development team and business Stakeholders; and help us to document and analyse the existing business processes, policies and controls

Position requirements:

  • Document and analyse the existing business processes, policies and controls
  • Design new business processes and make changes to existing
  • Communicate with business process owners, formulate technical tasks for automation
  • Test functionality of the accounting system
  • Document existing and new functionality of accounting system
  • Review all customer-facing documentation to ensure it meets expected style and standards
  • Develop written and video instructions for users in plain and simple language
  • Train the end users on how to use the system and be on standby during this testing to help the users in case of any difficulty. Share users responses and record the results or log bugs etc., while the users perform the actual testing


  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience in implementation and automation of new business processes and in improvement of the existing ones;
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive person to create precise, consistent, and clear documentation
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, requiring close interaction with Development team and business Stakeholders
  • Good problem solving skills
  • An ability to recognize areas for improvement, and provide proactive suggestions based on previous experience
  • Ability to understand and formulate complex business and system requirements
