Our customer's UX Design team is looking for an experienced Senior UX designer to work as a strategic partner on design system and key initiatives with our technology and business teams. Our dream candidate is passionate about developing a better user experience using insights from real people. He or she has the proven skills and experience to turn these insights into beautifully-designed products (interactions and visuals), and to inspire our teams through prototypes and demonstrations before building final products
As the Senior UX Designer, you’ll take on complex challenges and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs suited as much for the first-time user as the sophisticated expert. You’ll work closely with other Designers, as well as Researchers, Engineers and Product Owners throughout the design process - from creating early concepts and user flows to building user interface mock-ups and prototypes. At each stage, you’ll anticipate users’ needs and goals, advocate for them and, through close collaboration with the implementation team, ensure that the final product is delightful to use.
