N-iX is looking for an experienced professional with a background in banking or treasury to join the team as a New Markets Coordinator in Finance Department and by driving and coordinating the processes to strengthen the efforts of and legal teams in uncovering new locations, new entities incorporation, bank accounts opening and support of related processes.

 Functions:

• To lead and coordinate and legal-related processes: to ensure the process is going effectively and up to scheduletargets, getting related teams together when needed; report on the seatbacks, etc.)
• Coordinate incorporation processes of new legal entities
• To lead the process of opening bank accounts for the new entity
• To screen potential legal and accounting partners (outsourcers) in the related location, conduct first intro meetings
• Supported by other related units to develop a market entry plan accompanied by a relevant financial model
• Prepare (or gather) other relevant information: applications, KYCs, questionnaires, etc.
• To be a contact point for all stakeholders involved in the location entry process
• To lead relations with new banking institutions for new and current markets
• Together with the treasury department, ensure that cooperation with local payment and banking counterparties is built efficiently
• Coordinate the due diligence process
• Other tasks may include: support in delivering ad-hoc reports, questionnaires, etc., related to new or existing clients or partners; support of shareholders with personal banking matters

 Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate division of international bank OR treasury management in corporate sector OR similar position in IT service company
• Understanding of and legal-related processes
• Project management experience is desired but not necessary
• Result-oriented mind is a must
• Upper intermediate English is a must
